We stayed at this lovely apartment three times over the last 7 years. Recently with little children so we really appreciated the elevator which is a new feature since last time. We really like this modern clean place that is well equipped for ones needs. Very convenient location within walking distance to town centre and the beach. Highly recommended Petra Feb 2020.
Sundeck is wonderful. The amenities are great, everything works, the place was super clean & spacious. The beds were very comfortable, great showers & water pressure. The locations is gorgeous – just a quick walk to the beach & a 5 minute walk to the main street for shops, pub, restaurants & wharf. It’s really tranquil location – just open the doors to be calmed by the gentle birdsong. Is a wonderful place to escape to, we’ll definitely be keeping this as our go-to place at Jervis Bay. Very Spacious inside and a huge balcony. Beautifully clean and comfortable. Short walk past the caravan park to the beach, about 5 minutes walk to the middle of town and the pub! Would love to come back some day – Andy March 2018.

Rate 1 – June, July, August: $270 (weekdays) per night, $297 (weekend) per night, minimum stay 2 nights.
Rate 2 – September, October, November, February (excluding Triathlon), March, April (excluding Easter), May: $338 (weekdays) per night, $422 (weekend) per night, minimum stay 2 nights.
Rate 3 – December (excluding Christmas), January: $540 per night, minimum stay 3 nights.
Rate 4 – Christmas week: $3780 per week, minimum stay 7 nights.
Rate 5 – (Husky triathlon): $540 per night, minimum stay 2 nights.
Rate 6 – (Easter weekend): $540 per night, minimum stay 3 nights.

3. Cancellation of booking – within 14 days of the booking, loss of deposit.

Sub-letting or additional guests to the original booking – not permitted.
Loss or damage of keys – $100 replacement fee applies.
Surplus rubbish left in the apartment – $100 service fee applies.
It is our home – so please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition for your next visit, otherwise additional service fees will apply and be deducted from your security bond….thank you.
