Christmas Holiday weekly rates:
- (7 nights booking) commencing 20th December to 20th January.
- Peak rate commences 21st January to the end of January
- Peak rate (minimum 2 nights booking Friday/Saturday) Triathlon weekend.
- Peak rate (minimum 3 nights booking) Easter Long Weekend
- Peak rate (minimum 3 nights booking) October Long Weekend
- Shoulder rates (minimum 2 nights booking) commence February to May, (excluding nominated “Peak rate nights”) and September to 20 December.
- Shoulder rate (minimum 3 nights booking ) June Long Weekend.
- Low rates ( minimum 2 nights booking) commence June to August, (excluding nominated “Public Holiday rates”).

- Cancellation of booking – within 21 days of the booking, loss of deposit.

We do have neighbours, so please respect their space and home – please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and sorry no parties permitted.
Damages or breakages of the apartment property – responsibility of guest.
Theft or damage of tenant property during stay – responsibility of guest.
Sub-letting or additional guests to the original booking – not permitted.
Loss or damage of keys – $100 replacement fee applies.
Surplus rubbish left in the apartment – $100 service fee applies.
It is our home – so please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition for your next visit, otherwise additional service fees will apply and be deducted from your security bond….thank you.
